Personalised production
Preparation depends on your product, quantity and receipt of usable photos and final wording. Submit these through the personaliser where available, or follow the product-page instructions. We contact you if essential design information is unclear.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within India. The available delivery method, estimate and charge are shown at checkout or confirmed by the studio for your PIN code. Confirm any birthday, event or other deadline with the studio before payment. Transit estimates begin on dispatch and can be affected by carrier or exceptional delays; an expressly agreed schedule remains subject to applicable rights.
Address and tracking
Provide a complete address, PIN code and reachable contact number. Request address corrections immediately; changes after dispatch may be limited. Use the tracking information provided for your order, if available, or contact support with the order number.
Receiving your parcel
Make a continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through complete removal and inspection of the product. Keep the shipping label and all packaging. Report damage promptly under the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us about non-delivery, an incorrect item or an agreed delivery deadline that has been missed.
Changes and cancellation
Personalised orders are subject to our cancellation terms after confirmation. Read the Return & Refund Policy before ordering; it also preserves applicable consumer rights.
