Which fabrics, styles and sizes can I select?
Choose Polyester, Polycotton or Pure Cotton; Round Neck or Polo; and Small, Medium, Large, XL or XXL+.
How are prices calculated?
Round Neck prices are ₹250 for Polyester, ₹350 for Polycotton and ₹450 for Pure Cotton. Polo prices are ₹399, ₹499 and ₹599 respectively. These prices apply across the listed sizes; check the product page for updates.
Can I customise the artwork and placement?
Upload your artwork and text in the personaliser, then describe your preferred print position and theme in the designer-instructions box.
How should I choose my size?
Ask the studio for measurements before ordering if you are unsure of the fit. Size changes based only on customer preference are not a change-of-mind return option for personalised items, subject to applicable rights.
Can I cancel a confirmed personalised order?
Voluntary cancellation is not offered after confirmation. If you request cancellation once customisation or production has begun, committed costs can be non-recoverable, up to 100% where legally permitted. What if my personalised gift arrives damaged?
Report damage within 7 calendar days and request a full refund through private support. Provide one continuous, unedited video from the sealed parcel through opening, complete unpacking and inspection of the product in your hands, plus damage photos and the order number. Keep all packaging. Claims are verified under the Return & Refund Policy, and applicable consumer rights remain available.
